As we come to terms with the impact of Covid 19, Dad and Jerrys are keen to continue to offer the same level of service to which our valued customers are accustomed without compromising anyone’s safety.
We have introduced the following initiatives;
- Free pick up and delivery of all jobs within 10km of store ($5.50per km over 10km)
We encourage all customers to use this service where possible. Simply call us and we will book your machine in and arrange a pickup process to ensure you can get your work done without risking your personal safety.
- Pre-Booking encouraged wherever Possible:
Customers who still want to physically deliver and collect their machines are asked to phone and pre book repair. This will reduce time required for customer to be instore.
- Free Delivery of Spare Parts orders over $50 across the Adelaide metropolitan area (ring to discuss fair surcharge for areas outside metro).
We are currently working on the release of our new spare parts website. In the meantime, please give us a call.
- Free Delivery across Adelaide Metro of all whole goods purchased. (ring to discuss fair surcharge for areas outside metro)
- We are committed to remaining open for retail sales provided we are permitted to but appreciate your understanding that social distancing measures are in place.
