At Dad and Jerry’s, we provide a range of workshop services at a standard labor charge of $150 per hour. Our goal is to offer high-quality work at a fair price to ensure customer satisfaction. Some of our services have fixed labor prices, excluding parts. For machine services, such as oil changes, the cost of additional items will be added to the invoice. We prioritize delivering the highest quality work at a reasonable price, ensuring that we only replace faulty or severely worn parts.

Priority Service:
If you have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and rely on your tools for your business, our standard priority service is perfect for you. We don’t charge an extra fee for this convenient service.
How does it work? When you bring your machine for repair, simply request priority service and provide your business name and ABN. We guarantee to assess and complete* your repair within 72 hours of drop-off. If you need it even faster, check out our Premium Priority service below.
*Completion depends on part availability and effective communication with you as the customer.
Premium Priority Service:
Similar to our standard priority service, but with the added advantage of immediate attention to your machine. We go above and beyond to expedite the repair process and even prioritize the shipment of necessary parts. This service incurs a 35% surcharge to the standard labor rate, applicable freight charges, and a minimum labor charge of half an hour.
Lawn Mower Repairs:
For lawnmower repairs and servicing, our workshop is staffed by experienced and industry-qualified technicians.
